🕒 Fulfillment Time

All Crappy Bros products are made to order and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. That means we don't have boxes of polos in a warehouse — your order is printed fresh.

• Fulfillment takes 6–10 business days (on average)

• During peak seasons (holidays, big drops, etc.), it might take a few days longer

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, it ships from the nearest Printful facility (U.S., Canada, Mexico, or Europe, depending on your location).

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately.

• U.S. shipping: Flat rate $4.99

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75

• International: Rates calculated at checkout (based on region and weight)

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may experience service interruptions or delays due to local customs or carrier issues.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns for size or buyer’s remorse.

That said, we will replace any item that arrives misprinted, damaged, or just plain wrong.

To report an issue, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@crappybros.com and include:

• Order number

• Photos of the item and issue

• A quick roast if you’re feeling spicy
